What is Quzyn? +
Quzyn is a food-delivery platform that connects you with local home chefs and restaurants. Browse menus, place orders, and get fresh meals delivered or ready for pickup.
How do I install the Quzyn buyer app? +
Visit the Buyer install page on your phone, then tap "Add to Home Screen" (iOS Safari) or use the install prompt (Android Chrome). The Quzyn buyer PWA installs like a native app.
How do delivery and pickup work? +
Each provider sets their own delivery radius and fees. At checkout, choose pickup or delivery if both are available. You'll see the delivery fee and estimated distance before confirming.
How are payments handled? +
Payments are authorised at checkout and captured only when the provider accepts the order. If an order is declined or times out, the authorisation is voided automatically.
Can I cancel an order? +
Orders can be cancelled before the provider accepts them. Once accepted and being prepared, please contact the provider directly through your order detail page.
What is the 6-digit verification code? +
When your order is accepted, Quzyn generates a 6-digit code visible only to you. Share it (or its QR code) with the provider on handoff to confirm delivery.
For Providers (Chefs & Restaurants)
How do I register as a chef or restaurant? +
Visit the Provider install page, install the Provider app, then register with your business details, location, and bank information. Your account will be reviewed by the Quzyn admin team before going live.
When do I get paid? +
Quzyn settles payouts in batches. Once a batch is marked Paid by the admin, the corresponding payout appears in your Payment History and is transferred to your registered bank account.
What is the platform commission? +
A small percentage of each order is retained as platform commission. The current rate for your region is shown on your Provider Profile under "Platform Commission". Some providers may be exempted by the admin team.
How do I update my menu and availability? +
From the Provider app, go to Menu to add or edit dishes, servings, and images. Use Availability under Profile to set your working hours per day. Available Now lets you list ready-to-eat items with optional discounts.
What happens if I miss accepting an order in time? +
Orders auto-decline after 10 minutes if not accepted. The buyer's payment authorisation is voided automatically. Repeated misses may affect your account standing.
Account & Privacy
Can I use the same email for buyer and provider accounts? +
Yes. Quzyn supports the same email being registered as both a Buyer and a Provider. Each account has its own login, password, and history.
I forgot my password — what now? +
Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. We'll email a reset link that's valid for a single use. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
How is my data protected? +
Sensitive data (passwords, bank details) is encrypted at rest. We never store your card details on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
